Shipping, Exchanges and Returns

Orders will be packed and shipped on the next Monday, Thursday or Saturday following your purchase. We will send via tracked Australian Post. Shipping costs are $15 within Australia for standard post and $20 for express post. International shipping is the flat rate of $35. Orders of over $300 will receive free shipping worldwide.

At Cammino it is our very purpose is to provide shoes for the busy woman. For that reason we know your on-line experience needs to be seamless. We offer free returns and size exchanges and we are happy to make a full refund on returns made within 30 days provided they are

• in “as new” condition
• have not been worn or altered in any way.
• are in the original packaging and shoe box

We will refund the credit card payment used for the purchase along with the postage cost upon the return. Please note if you have received free shipping upon your order or used a discount code for free shipping the free returns policy does not apply.

Please email us at hello@cammino.com.au to inform us of your return quoting the order number, reason for return and shipping details so we can track.
